During my recent stay at Thumb Heritage Inn, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hardworking staff. Despite facing challenges like short staffing and lack of management, they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, such as utilizing the breakfast area for family card games. The hotel showcased noticeable updates, with some rooms featuring modern amenities like new sinks and toilets. The cleanliness of my room stood out, offering a refreshing respite amidst the need for overall updates within the property.
